the staff was genuinely helpful, provided very good services and helped with private parking. the twin/double room was well-equipped with the external bathroom, so that guests had essentials.

The hotel is fairly clean with pleasant staff and an excellent location. I got a spotless room with a nice view and a window for light, plus tea. - the breakfast was tasty with a huge variety of meals. - A great choice for a trip.

Arrived at this place for a relaxing and fun getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for it. I was pleasantly surprised by the large, beautifully decorated room that had both hypoallergenic and feather pillows - a nice touch for a good night's sleep! 😊

I greatly enjoyed staying at this place. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions in Pisa, including the leaning tower and the city center. The staff were excellent. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and large. The availability of an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware was a nice touch. The service provided was very efficient.
